Connecting your Facebook Business page to a third-party Meta Ads Manager can be a tedious task. But it’s an essential piece to running successful digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring your advertising investments are optimized.
Why it’s important from a business standpoint
Having this set up properly will enable future partnerships and collaborations to go smoothly, and keep your brand looking professional.
Specifically to Rise, these connections are necessary if you wish to run either an Instagram Engagement or an Instagram Profile Visits campaign.
The following steps will help simplify this process.
Step 1
Make sure you’re logged into your Facebook account from your desktop, as mobile features may not align with these instructions.
Go into your Business Settings, go to Partners (left side panel), click the “Add” drop-down menu and select “Give a partner access to your assets.”
Step 2
Type in our Rise business ID: 223264688716016
Step 3
After that you can go to “Classic Pages” on the left side and select all pages or individual pages, then toggle “Create ads” to on to give Rise access. These will show up as “Assets” in our business manager that we will have access to advertise for.
Please note we are not asking for any passwords, and we do not have any administrative access to your account. This keeps your account safe and secure.
As you add more Assets/Pages to your own business manager you will need to give Rise access to those as well, but this way you can do it from your own business manager rather than going into the artist’s account to give permissions.
Step 4
Next go into Business Settings, then go to Partners, select Rise, click “Share Assets” and it will pull up that same pop-up window where you can select “Classic Pages.“
From there you can choose the new page you want to give access and toggle on “Create ads” for that page.
