Connect Your Accounts

For Rise to deliver the best results, connect to your existing accounts following the instructions below. Once connected, tap Confirm.

Login with Facebook

Facebook / Instagram Connection

Rise requires access to view and utilize your existing audience, pages, and insights necessary to deliver a successful campaign. Skipping this step or removing access may cause delays, reduce performance, or stop your campaign.

Login With Facebook

If you’ve previously given Rise access without the ‘Login With Facebook’ button, please give us access using the button for best optimization.

You must have already setup Facebook Business Manager and linked your Facebook Page to your Instagram Profile in order to grant access. Instagram ads require access to a linked Facebook Page, not an Instagram page alone. If you are the admin of the Facebook Business Portfolio that owns your page you will be able to select your Facebook and Instagram page and grant Rise advertiser access. If you don’t have adequate permissions share this link with the Facebook Business Admin that does: https://ontout.com/facebook_auth

When connecting Meta will show a generic list of permissions. We only use this access to:

  • Create and manage ads using the Facebook and Instagram Pages you select
  • Read performance data so we can optimize campaigns

YouTube Connection

Rise requires access to your Google/YouTube account in order to deliver successful video campaigns. Skipping this step or removing access may cause delays, reduce performance, or stop your campaign.

To link your YouTube Account:
 
  1. Sign in to your YouTube Studio.
  2. Click Settings, then click Channel.
  3. Click the Advanced settings tab.
  4. Click Link Account.
  5. Enter your YouTube Channel Name as the Link name and “725-139-3721” as the Google Ads customer ID, leave all 3 boxes checked for View counts, Remarketing, and Engagement.
  6. Click Done.
  7. Click Save.

After the owner of the Google Ads account approves your request, your YouTube channel will be linked to that Google Ads account.

Spotify for Artists Connection

To effectively monitor and provide accurate reporting for your campaigns, Rise requires “View Access” to your Spotify for Artists account.

To add Rise to your Spotify for Artists account:
 
  1. Go to artists.spotify.com and login
  2. Click your profile picture next to your name to open the menu
  3. Click Your Teams
  4. Click on your Artist name from the list of teams
  5. Click Invite 
  6. Enter First and last name: Rise Analytics
  7. Enter Business Email: reporting@rise.la
  8. Select Other as Role and specify Advertiser
  9. Enter Company as Rise.la
  10. Select Reader as access level
  11. Click Send Invite

TikTok Connection

Rise requires advertiser access to view and utilize your existing audience, pages, and insights necessary to deliver a successful TikTok campaign. Skipping this step or removing access may cause delays, reduce performance, or stop your campaign.

To Connect Your TikTok Account:
 
  1. Open the TikTok app
  2. Go to your PROFILE page
  3. Tap the “Menu” icon in the top right corner
  4. Tap My QR code
  5. Tap the “Scan” icon in the top right corner of the screen
  6. Scan the code below and tap “Authorize”

How to setup a Facebook Business Manager

This is an important tool for securely connecting and working with any platforms. If you have already created a Business Manager you can skip to the next step.

To create your Business Manager:

  1. Go to business.facebook.com/overview
  2. Click Create Account.
  3. Enter a name for your business, your name, and work email address then click Next.

Enter your business details and click Submit.

How to switch to an Instagram Business Account
  1. Go to your profile from the mobile app and tap  Settings.
  2. Tap Account. At the bottom, tap Switch to Business Profile/Professional Account and select the Facebook Page you’d like to associate with your Business Profile on Instagram with. Make sure your profile is set to Public.
  3. On the Set Up Your Business Profile page, review your business’s contact information, make any changes and tap Done.

Note: Private accounts can’t switch to Business Accounts.

How to add an Instagram Account to your Business Page

Linking your Instagram account with your Facebook page is very simple! This is an important step in getting the best results from your campaign:

  1. Go to your Facebook Page
  2. Click Settings in the top-right of your Page
  3. Click Instagram on the left sidebar
  4. Click Add an Account
  5. Enter your Instagram account’s Username and Password, and click Confirm
How to manually grant Rise Advertiser Access if “Connect to Facebook” button does not work

Rise requires access to view and utilize your existing audience, pages, and insights necessary to deliver a successful campaign. Skipping this step or removing access may cause delays, reduce performance, or stop your campaign.

You must have already setup Facebook Business Manager and linked your Facebook Page to your Instagram Profile in order to grant access. Instagram ads require access to a linked Facebook Page, not an Instagram page alone. If you are the page admin you will be able to complete these steps for giving advertiser access:
 
  1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/settings
  2. Select Your Business Account
  3. Click “Pages” on the left side under “Accounts” and select the Facebook page you want to connect (not “Instagram accounts”)
  4. Click Assign Partners
  5. Click “Business ID”
  6. Paste in the Rise Business ID: 223264688716016
  7. Toggle on the slider for “Create Ads”
  8. Click “Next”

This will grant Rise access and your campaign will be ready to launch.
